- Coconut Oil, Lard or Bacon Grease. No vegetable oils (including canola, corn, etc)
- Adobo Seasoning
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
- Shredded cheese of your choice
- Optionally: Tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos
Saute some garlic and onions
Add 3 or 4 eggs and scramble them into the ground beef
Add your shredded cheese of choice. I prefer a mix of mozzarella and colby jack or cheddar.
Pile as much of it as you want on a plate. Add some cottage cheese and some raw veggies.
