Beefy Egg and Cheese Skillet

When you are exercising hard and really working your body, you need to fuel it with good quality proteins. When doing so, may as well make them tasty. I’m often a big eater so adjust the portions for your hunger level.
  • Coconut Oil, Lard or Bacon Grease. No vegetable oils (including canola, corn, etc)
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Adobo Seasoning
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • Shredded cheese of your choice
  • Optionally: Tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos 
Oil up the pan with a good saturated fat, none of that polyunsaturated, cancer-causing fats

Saute some garlic and onions 


Brown the ground beef

Add 3 or 4 eggs and scramble them into the ground beef


Add your shredded cheese of choice. I prefer a mix of mozzarella and colby jack or cheddar. 


Pile as much of it as you want on a plate. Add some cottage cheese and some raw veggies. 

Broccoli is also a great source of protein and the raw veggies will help satiate you as well as give you the live food you need.
