Warm Up

DRAFT, DRAFT, DRAFT

Before doing any stretching it is imperative that you warm up. Stretching a cold muscle, while young may not be a big deal but as you age could render you out of commission for a while. This is a quick reference for getting your muscles warmed up before you workout.

Start off work outs by jogging in place, jumping rope or a brisk walk. Nothing too intense and something you can do while still half asleep. I recommend anything from 30 seconds to 2 minutes on this.
