Tearing down a piece of technology that is no longer working is something of a hobby of mine. I like to see if I can figure out why something is no longer working and then figure out if it is worth my time fixing it. This Kobalt 20v Drywall Cut-Out Tool was not something I really wanted to fix. The only thing it is good for now is parts.
Since I enjoy tearing things down, I thought I would make a little video to share my experience of the process. I think everyone should tear something apart at some point and see how it’s made.
